4) Payments, wallet, and transaction records
- Payment method selections, payment and wallet activity, refunds, earnings, and payout-related records.
- Used to complete transactions, keep financial records, and prevent payment abuse.
5) Messages and support information
- In-app messages between guests and hosts, and support/feedback requests.
- Used to enable communication, resolve issues, and improve service quality.
6) Device and diagnostic data
- Device type, app version, crash/error logs, connectivity and technical diagnostics.
- Used to secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
7) Legal, security, and retention
